Berry cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Berry in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the berry habit
Berry sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Berry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.97 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a berry cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on berry: 17 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested berry in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where berry goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why berry tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is berry legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
