Candy cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Jouza Hookah to Belgrade: the practical version
If you are looking at candy in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Candy cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.47 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.47 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | RSD62 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.47 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
