Candy cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
The honest read on candy: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Candy in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
We run candy the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested candy in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.15 per 10 ml.
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | RSD39 | What a first order really pays |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
How long does candy in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
