Candy pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Candy pen device here
Candy in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at candy in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested candy in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.67 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.67 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
