Candy starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run candy the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a candy starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.14 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.14 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for candy in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.14 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
