Candy starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Candy in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
A candy starter kit from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.16 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested candy in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where candy goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Belgrade survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.16 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
