Candy zero-nicotine bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradejouza
Candy in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 8 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Candy in Belgrade reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: candy in Belgrade works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Candy zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested candy in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.76 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Candy | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | zero-nicotine bottle | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 21 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD46 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.76 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.76 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
