Caramel 10 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist — Belgradejouza
Caramel in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What caramel costs in Belgrade
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same 10 ml bottle, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Caramel in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 10 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
A caramel 10 ml bottle from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does caramel in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Belgrade we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
