Caramel 10 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Caramel 10 ml bottle here
A caramel 10 ml bottle from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Caramel 10 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 10 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested caramel in a 10 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.44 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
