Caramel 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradejouza
Caramel in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with caramel in Belgrade
If you are looking at caramel in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Caramel in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Caramel 30 ml shortfill reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.29 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | RSD55 | What a first order really pays |
