Caramel 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the compare shortlist — Belgradejouza
Caramel in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same 30 ml shortfill, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at caramel in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on caramel: 16 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Belgrade survives.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.66 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
