Caramel 30 ml shortfill Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist — Belgradejouza
Caramel in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a 30 ml shortfill for caramel
Caramel in Belgrade reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on caramel: 6 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is caramel legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.87 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
