Caramel 60 ml bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist — Belgradejouza
Caramel in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 3 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Caramel 60 ml bottle here
If you are looking at caramel in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.04 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel 60 ml bottle really costs in Belgrade
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.04 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Is caramel legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.04 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
