Caramel box mod Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
If you are looking at caramel in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel box mod really costs in Belgrade
A caramel box mod from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.3 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.3 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
