Caramel cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What caramel costs in Belgrade
Caramel cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at caramel in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.68 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.68 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
