Caramel pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist — Belgradejouza
Caramel in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
The honest read on caramel: 24 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on caramel: 24 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.39 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD68 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.39 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
