Caramel pod kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on caramel: 9 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pod kit really costs in Belgrade
A caramel pod kit from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
