Caramel pod kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
Caramel in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
We run caramel the same way in Belgrade: same pod kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel pod kit really costs in Belgrade
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a pod kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.45 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.45 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.

On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.45 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
