Caramel RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
The honest read on caramel: 12 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel RDA really costs in Belgrade
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.34 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | RSD45 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.34 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.34 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.34 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
