Caramel in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good sub-ohm kit from a repack
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Caramel sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: caramel in Belgrade works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.87 per 10 ml.

Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
How long does caramel in a sub-ohm kit last?
