Caramel vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Caramel in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
The honest read on caramel: 11 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at caramel in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.33 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does caramel in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.33 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
