Caramel zero-nicotine bottle Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist — Belgradejouza
Caramel in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 5 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Caramel sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on caramel: 7 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
Caramel zero-nicotine bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested caramel in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.93 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
How much does a zero-nicotine bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.93 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.93 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
