Citrus cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
A citrus cartomizer from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at citrus in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: citrus in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Citrus in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
