Citrus pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
We run citrus the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Citrus pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Belgrade
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.95 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Citrus | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD51 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.95 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does citrus in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.95 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
