Citrus RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for citrus
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Citrus in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus RDA really costs in Belgrade
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested citrus in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.47 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.47 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.47 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.47 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
