Citrus refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a refill pack for citrus
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Citrus in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: citrus in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Belgrade
A citrus refill pack from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.95 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.95 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
