Citrus refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
Citrus sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at citrus in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: citrus in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Citrus refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested citrus in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does citrus in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 5 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.68 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
