Citrus vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.75 per 10 ml.
The short version: citrus in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus vape pen really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on citrus: 20 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.75 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for citrus in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD29 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.75 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.75 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does citrus in a vape pen last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
