Citrus vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Citrus in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.22 per 10 ml.
Citrus in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: citrus in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Citrus in Belgrade reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Citrus | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | vape pen | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 15 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD63 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.22 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.22 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
