Coconut cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Coconut in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
A coconut cartomizer from the starter options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.72 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Coconut prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.72 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Coconut in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested coconut in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.72 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is coconut legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
