Coconut pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Coconut in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the coconut habit
Coconut in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long coconut tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coconut pen device really costs in Belgrade
Coconut pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested coconut in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.13 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD61 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.13 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does coconut in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.13 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
