Coffee pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Coffee in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a pen device for coffee
Coffee pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A coffee pen device from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.68 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: coffee in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee pen device really costs in Belgrade
A coffee pen device from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.68 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested coffee in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.68 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for coffee in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD36 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.68 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does coffee in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
