Coffee pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Coffee in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What coffee costs in Belgrade
The honest read on coffee: 10 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Coffee in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: coffee in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee pen device really costs in Belgrade
Coffee pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested coffee in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD53 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.45 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.45 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does coffee in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
