Coffee RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Coffee in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Coffee is allowed to say
Coffee in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.02 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coffee RDA really costs in Belgrade
Coffee sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested coffee in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a coffee bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.02 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.02 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
