Cola pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Cola in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cola habit
Cola pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.26 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested cola in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cola in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
