Cola RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Cola in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Cola RDA here
The honest read on cola: 16 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Cola in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola RDA really costs in Belgrade
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.69 per 10 ml.
How we tested cola in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.69 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
How long does cola in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is cola legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
