Cola RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Cola in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for cola
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.3 per 10 ml.
Cola RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola RDA really costs in Belgrade
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cola in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cola goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.3 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for cola in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does cola in a RDA last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
