Home / Cream pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the best shortlist

Choosing a pen device for cream

We run cream the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.83 per 10 ml.

If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a cream pen device really costs in Belgrade

Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

How we tested cream in a pen device

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.

Where cream goes wrong

• Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
• Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
• Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

The rules that apply here

Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
