Cream pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What cream costs in Belgrade
Cream in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Cream in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run cream the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.36 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
