Cream pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
A cream pen device from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.24 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream pen device really costs in Belgrade
We run cream the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised RSD48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.24 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
