Cream RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a RDA for cream
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.1 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at cream in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream RDA really costs in Belgrade
Cream RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cream in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.1 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
