Cream squonk mod Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Cream squonk mod here
Cream squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Cream in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream squonk mod really costs in Belgrade
Cream in Belgrade reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cream in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.35 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
