Cream sub-ohm kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Cream in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good sub-ohm kit from a repack
We run cream the same way in Belgrade: same sub-ohm kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cream sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: cream in Belgrade works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at cream in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Cream | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | sub-ohm kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 24 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.27 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Jouza Hookah online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.27 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
