Dessert pen device Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the dessert habit
The honest read on dessert: 21 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A dessert pen device from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: dessert in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert pen device really costs in Belgrade
Dessert in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested dessert in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.9 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does dessert in a pen device last?
In Belgrade we measured 3 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
