Dessert RDA Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
A dessert RDA from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.14 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Dessert RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert RDA really costs in Belgrade
A dessert RDA from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.14 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.14 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Belgrade survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.

Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
