Dessert refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What dessert costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Dessert refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: dessert in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on dessert: 9 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is dessert legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
How long does dessert in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 8 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
