Dessert refill pack Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
We run dessert the same way in Belgrade: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Dessert in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested dessert in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Belgrade survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
