Dessert starter kit Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A dessert starter kit from the cheapest options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested dessert in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.18 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for dessert in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.

Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.18 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.18 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
