Dessert vape pen Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Dessert in Belgrade: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Dessert is allowed to say
Most people searching Jouza Hookah in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.7 per 10 ml.
The short version: dessert in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert vape pen really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on dessert: 20 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.7 per 10 ml.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for dessert in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.7 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
