Fig cartomizer Jouza Hookah in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Fig in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
Fig cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run fig the same way in Belgrade: same cartomizer, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested fig in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where fig goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.76 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Entry kit | RSD46 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.76 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
